Drilly Brand Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-stock items: Orders containing items we currently have in stock will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Pre-order items: Orders containing pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 4–8 weeks. Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available, and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Combined Orders

  • If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to deliver your orders.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

  • Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Drilly Brand is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
