All Sales Are Final

  • Drilly Brand does not accept returns or exchanges.

  • All orders, including pre-orders and in-stock items, are final sale.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will be shipped within 4–8 weeks. By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for the estimated shipping timeline.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at drillybrand@gmail.com with photos of the damage/defect.

  • We will review your request and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
